Carbrooke Parish Council
The Parish Council is made up of nine members who represent the community on various matters. We are effectively the third tier of local government, the other two being Norfolk County Council and Breckland District Council.
Welcome to Carbrooke
Carbrooke is a Norfolk village with an electorate of 1,636. We are a thriving community with a Village Hall, a village green, a play area, pub, church, garage and a variety of shops.
News and Information
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be in the Village Hall on Tuesday 10 December from 7pm. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings. A short period of time is given for you to air your views on any matters directly related to the Parish Council. For a copy of the Agenda please go to the Meetings page. The Agenda is published 3 working days before the meeting.
The Parish Council is to install a road crossing at the junction of Norwich Road and Washington Drive. This is to improve safety for pedestrians crossing the road near the bus shelters. The two bus shelters were installed by Carbrooke Parish Council. The road crossing should be installed in 2020 in conjunction with Norfolk County Council.
